A lower price. A known imperfection. No surprises.
Meet the HP EliteBook 840 G5: a business laptop with a Intel Core i7-8650U 1.9GHz processor, 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD storage, sold at an Outlet price because of a specific, disclosed limitation. Read the condition notes below; if they don't matter to you, this is the cheapest way to get this machine.
It came to us from a professional environment. Our team has inspected it, cleaned it, reset it and tested every function on the bench. We've installed Windows 11 Pro and included a tested, working charger. It's backed by our 12-month seller guarantee, subject to its terms.
It suits anyone who wants a working laptop for the least money: a spare machine, a first laptop, a workhorse for the basics, or a buyer who's happy to live with a cosmetic flaw in exchange for a lower price.
Good tech deserves a second life. You deserve to know exactly what you're buying.
Outlet. Here's exactly why.
This laptop is sold as Outlet. It works, and it has a limitation we want you to know about before you buy, not after.
Several pressure marks on the screen. Backlit keyboard and touchscreen. Battery health is 57%. There are 4 dents on the top lid.
Beyond that, expect the general marks of a laptop that has been used: scratches and scuffs on the casing. The price takes all of this into account. Our 12-month seller guarantee covers qualifying faults, subject to its terms and the limitations disclosed above. What you see described here is what arrives.

Outlet
Good tech at an even lower price. An Outlet unit works and has been tested like everything we sell, but it shows its age — visible wear and tear, a battery that no longer holds a full charge, or a small fault we have found. Exactly what to expect is in the condition notes below. You still get our 12-month warranty.

12-month warranty included, as on every unit we sell.
