Shipping policy
Standard delivery is free on every order and normally arrives in 1 to 2 working days on the UK mainland. Express next working day delivery is £10. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Dispatch
- Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays
- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Beenham, Berkshire
Tracking
Every order is sent by a tracked service with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Express delivery conditions
- Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday are delivered on Monday
- Delivery times are the courier's estimate, not a guarantee. If an express order is not attempted on the next working day, contact us and we will refund the express charge
Outside the UK
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Problems with delivery
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us through the contact form on our website with your order number. Please keep the packaging if the item arrived damaged, as the courier may need to see it.
